I desperately need to lease my room to someone at the Villas on Sycamore from May 12th to August 1st. Rent is $495 monthly without a pet, and $505 with a pet. You will have to pay for electricity. This is usually around $20 a month. If you are not familiar with the Villas, I will fill you in on them. The townhomes are mostly student living, but in my opinion they are very nice and spacious. The house is 2-story with 3 bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs and one bedroom and bath downstairs, along with kitchen and living area. There is plenty of cabinet room in the kitchen and lots of space in the living room. The house comes fully furnished but you will need to bring your own television if wanted. This complex has a great pool and all members get a free tanning membership. Villas offers a pretty nice gym with 24 hour access. There is also a game room/media room in the leasing office.
